I was wondering whether we should have a sperate area for non-typical
linux installations at the Installfest, for people who want their
systems to boot from an IDE drive with a root or home directory on a
SCSI raid array and such (I still can't figure out how to get that to
work) and installing Linux on Sun IPC boxes with no cd-rom drive, etc.
I suspect that most people coming in will have typical IDE Intel boxes,
but should there be like a little corner for really advanced stuff like
this?
