InstallFest email

we usually don't get much email to the InstallFest email addy, but we could
use a few people on it to help answer questions in a timely manner.

The requirements:
1. be courteous and helpful
2. CC the InstallFest alias so the rest of us know something was answered

I'd like to also say that using a Free Software MUA on a Free Software OS is
highly encouraged.
