Front Page is very newbie-user-friendly. But it produces really bad
code and promotes dependence on MS web extentions.
I like Quanta Plus. It is not fully WYSIWYG but is very, very slick.
OpenOffice.org will make an HTML page out of anything you create with
it. If you don't need something fancy, go with that.
