Subject: PLUG-dial up & gnome ? for ted
For your gnome problem. It seems that you somehow killed the tasklist
applet. To fix it if it happens again simply right click on the pannel,
select applets, then utility, then select the tasklist app. This will
restart it and if you shutdown properly it will come back next time you
login.
