Good Linux+ resources?

I was wondering if any one knew of a good, free or
inexpensive source of online training for the Linux+ exam. I
prefer online training but a CBT on CD would do just as well. I
know someone out there is the master of finding free training
and info, just thought that person would be a PLUG member
as well.
