I'd be happy to. I'm a busy boy these days, but I could give a
presentation on anything from setting up SA as a normal user for =
personal
filtering to setting up a dedicated anti-virus/SPAM mail relay, =
depending
on my own preparatory time constraints.

I tried the same way I changed it to Mozilla but if I open a knoqueror
browser=20
and type in a web page it responds with:
There appears to be a configuration error.
You have associated Konqueror with=20
text/html, but it can't handle this file type.
It handled it before... why not now? I actually just want to test it =
out=20
because I think that the graphics might be better in konquereor and I =
want
to=20
verify that.

Subject: Looking for original Red Hat Linux 8 CD's
I have a simple but perhaps unusual request.
In a certain hardware testing situation and environment and by =
selecting
certain packages, the copies of Red Hat Linux 8.0 that we have tried =
fail
during the install. We have tried two sets of CDs that have worked on
various other installtions but fail in this particular situation. Both =
of
these sets are CD-R copies.
As some interested parties are blaming the CD-R media for the failure, =
we
would like to borrow an "official" boxed set of CDs, you know, the ones =
that
come from Red Hat.
So, if anyone has a set of the 3 install CDs from the retail boxed set =
of
Red Hat Linux 8.0 that they would be willing to lend for a few days, we
would be grateful. Contact me off list at one of these addresses:

In mozilla prefrences->Navigator=20
Do you know where I'm talking about? Well, in the sections that have =
you=20
choose items (example- in "Select the buttons you want to see in the=20
toolbars") is a checkmark supposed to appear next to them? Mine are =
blank
and=20
a checkmark or 'x' do not appear next to them when I select a button.
PLUSSS,=20
now the buttons in mozilla are gone.

There are ways to some extent, but if you're paying cox for
residential and you're not using it for residential, you're violating
TOS and they can do what they will to you.
FWIW, the IPs provided for residential are nearly static in my
experience.=20

I wanted to send this hours ago but Cox's smtp's been down...

ACCEPT
> /sbin/iptables -A INPUT -s 68.0.0.0/8 -j REJECT=20

I've been trying to figure out iptables rules and this has me =
thinking...=20
How does this block a scan? I read it as:=20
"Accept related or established connection, from any address, on any =
port.
Reject everything from 68.*.*.* and 24.*.*.*".
Then the catch all rule.
Is a scan not-related?
How does a new connection get through, say for http?
Thx,
Bart
