This file is not in /usr/bin or any other place as I checked with find....
This is Redhat 7.2 Linux....
Any help?

It is usually in /usr/bin/lynx .
If /usr/bin isn't in your path then you may have other problems finding
things.
echo $PATH
if it's empty or doesnt have much in it, try this:
PATH=/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/bin/X11:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:.
export PATH
