PGP keys

Not running Debian, I thought I would try to "isntall" seahorse anyway. It is
dependent on GPGME. Fine. Install that. It is dependent on GPGSM. Can't
find it. It is referred to even on the GnuPG web site but there is no where
to download it. I am still looking. Anyone know where it is?
