You "were" using a good PS. Have you tested it since, with another mobo?
My symptoms were that the system would get power (cpu fan, nic, etc) but
nothing else would happen. I tried another PS and everything that
should, did happen. My point being that just because there is some
power, there isn't always full/total power output from the PS.
