Apache 2.0.47 for Debian 3.0

Below are some instructions I found on how to get Apache 2.0.47 installed on Debian.


I guess by backport they mean that with this then people can run unstable software on Debian stable, but is this the best way to intall Apache 2.0.47 on Debian?
