InstallFest: 25Okt2003?

OK, talked to Eldric at UAT ( the University of Advancing Technology ) today.

We worked out Saturday, the 25th of Oktober for the InstallFest.

Halloween is the following Friday, so most of the Halloween activities
shouldn't interfere.

We have a couple of weeks to decide if this works and get a press release
out.

We need volunteers to start organizing the InstallFest to make it happen.
