I think the Apple Airports do what you're after. If I recall correctly,
they can NAT either a broadband or dialup connection to a local
wired/wireless LAN. It's the only product I've seen that does both, but
then I haven't been in the market for dialup toys, so there's likely an
equivalant offering from other vendors.
