Help - all user acounts have expired!

Subject: Help - all user acounts have expired!
How do I do this?

I am using lilo, but the system boots into a
Mandrake graphical menu with these options -
linux-secure
linux
linux-nonfb
linux-failsafe

I never get the option of entering a boot option.
