eth0 vs eth1

I am trying to setup internet/filesharing using the directions at
http://www.linuxathome.net/iptables.php and
http://www.linuxathome.net/sharing.php but i am a little concerned that I am
ot sure what is my eth0 and what is my eth1 as I have both a 802 card and a
10/100 nic.

Any suggestions?
