Enterprise Application Framework. You can find more information for it

It is free of charge.

All I can say is SodiPodi is really starting to kick arse. This is the
first time I have really used it for something and was able to whip
something out in about 40 minutes. Much better learning curve than say
.... GIMP.... ; )
