Ah.. 'talk'. I met my wife using that trusty old tool. She was having
problems with *something* (dunno why I can't remember what) and she heard of
this geek that was good at solving those types of problems. So she saw I was
logged in and sent a 'talk' request.. and the rest is history :-)
