I have an original letter that I can give to the cause. I need to first black out my employer's name and address information. Perhaps I can bring it to the Stammtisch tomorrow.
It is a standard 8.5 x 11 inch sheet (ready... letter size (duh)) so you can plan a poster accordingly. Or, if there is some other more interesting way to present it, whatever you think is best.
