WikiWiki advice: Which one?

It has been suggested that a wikiwiki server would fullfill a need. I got on freshmeat.net and there are ump-teen different implementations, in various languages (php, python, java, etc.).

I don't have any idea which would be good so, here is what I am wanting:

- Linux based
- Apache as the web server
- Intranet, accessed only behind the firewall
- A dozen or so users
- Configure and run, minimal maintainance
- Usable and adminable (is that a word?) without having to learn whatever language it is coded in

What do you experienced wiki users/admins recommend?
