Hahahaha. That's too hard. Just go to the county recorders office
and ask by name. Deeds of sale, addresses, photocopied signatures all
by just name.

Address: check

Signature: check
Spouse's info: check
SSN: acquirable [*]
Mothers maiden name: probably googlable

Did I miss anything important that isn't readily available?

[*] I haven't looked hard on the county's websites, but other than
that [free], they're available online for a nominal sum.

If I were more flighty I'd probably panic.
