mysql vs. postgresql

Derek, have you ever used VFP? It sounds like you never have. It is not a
toy database. Access is but not VFP. As for it being only for small shops,
American Express, Intel, the State of Arizona and many others all have VFP
applications running. Not exactly small shops.

It's not. It is just like Access, Paradox, Dbase and friends. A "toy"
database. Designed to be light enough to distribute with applications
with zero/minimal licensing issues for small development shops.
