Here is proof that IBM is not guilty and SCO is!

This posting over at Linux Weekly News clearly points the finger at SCO
rather than IBM as being the most likely party responsible for any
proprietary code in Linux. It is the first source I've seen that name
names, sites seachable references and shows a timeline as to when and by
whom Linux was made enterprise ready.

Also, last week SCO's Senoir VP of Engineering and Global Services sold
ALL of his SCO stock. Could be he knows something! Read the article here:
