debian + deleting dependencies [solved]

Hans: I looked into cruft but it seems a little too early for that one
:) (The warning made it sound like this program would hose my filesystem).

Now instead I'm using aptitude. It logs all the dependencies of a
package and will remove those dependencies when deleting the package
they were installed with. Also I'm using deborphan which takes care of
deleting any unused libraries that may be laying around.
