I don't think there are any real worries from SCO. The FUD is causing
problems, but the legal claims seem pretty sketchy.
To me the bigger nightmare is that SCO be purchased by someone with a chip
on their shoulder and the ability to toss lots of money at a frivolous
lawsuit. That could cause us lots of problems with unending FUD.
