vi(vim) background colors

Hi,

I've asked this before but have lost the answer. Vi assumes the
background is light and when viewing a config file all the lines
that are commented out are dark blue on a black background. There
is/was an option to convince vi that the background is dark which
made it select bright blue for the foreground for the commented
lines. I can't find it in man vim or in the help files.

I'm running RH7.3 with vim 6.1.265.

I'd sure appreciate a hand on this. Thanks.
