The last leg - Printing to Shared Windows Printer Error

I have a brave sole willing to shun MS in favor of Linux. He needs the
ability to print to a shared Windows printer.

Using RedHat8.0 with KDE. Form the "Start" (redhat) | Server Settings |
Services I see cups-lpd checked, lpd checked, smb checked and xinetd checked
(enabled). All restart successfully except lpd.

When I try to start lpd I get the error "cannot bind to port '515'". Any
ideas where to start looking?
