been there, done that...
I am not certified by any means. However, I *DO* have the experience (as
detailed in my resume). yet, I cannot find work in my chosen field.
I am terrible at taking tests. Give me one and I'll fail it everytime.
However, give me a task to do that requires knowledge and I'll be able to
complete it, or failing that, read up on it, then complete it.
