dialup account

i've been using ev1.net for almost a year now. they were helpful with
the setup, they're cheap, don't send spam no pop-ups, tech people are
really nice, and i've never been disconnected (is that a linux phenomena
or the isp? ). so i second the vote for ev1.net.
