ircd changes and a web based chat client

ok,
some of you may have noticed a few changes over the last week or so on
pretorian.ath.cx. we were beta testing a bahamut ircd (the same one used by
dal.net). its plenty more stable and has practically zero exploits.

also, with the help of Greg Tuby (aka redheat), there will be an available web
based chat client available for testing.
