My understanding of PXE is a combination of the motherboard BIOS and an
eeprom on the nic allowing boot from the network.
Win4Lin (if that's the one you want at www.nettraverse.com) only supports
up through WinME and last I heard was not expected to support anything
higher. I did consider a Win4Lin option but VMWare seems to support more
recent Win versions including 2003 Server. Due to my personal preference
for 2k (longer supprt cycle) VMWare is my choice.
