Converting a MS Frontpage website to standard HTML

Hi, all-

I need to convert a fairly complex website which was created with MS
FrontPage into the standard, non-proprietary HTML format. How best to do
this?

A second, related question- although some of the folks working on the
site will be MS users, I am a Mandrake user. What Linux WYSIWYG web
editor would you all recommend for a Linux user who is attempting to
manage a website of 30-50 pages?
