Yes, my example was bad. Sorry. Use sendmail.
(Some versions of mailx do allow interactively editing of headers, and
some allow adding custom headers.)
This does remind me. I was going to write a simple mailx replacement for
only sending email via command line (and not as an interactive message
processing system). Most people don't use mailx as a mail client to read
mail. They just use it as a wrapper for sendmail.
