This is gentoo. Actaully, I'm getting away from mandrake for a number of reasons
but I don't want to start a distro-war.
Yes, I do have hotplugging enabled but not PCI hotplugging. I took this
stragight from the live cd's kernel config but I'll try taking it out. I'm
getting desperate here.
