I'm not really sure what you're asking are you saying that you can't
load already created themes? Or that you can't load themes you created?
As far as creating a default theme. The easiest way may be to just
remove all other themes mozilla will realize it only has one and use
that as the default if you *have* to do do many for you to work on hand
s on you can compile your own version of mozilla several big companies
do this but its quite a bit for a small / midsize company. Give me more
info and I'll be better able to tell you how you should do it.
