Self-signed SSL cert denied by Mozilla?

I created a self-signed SSL certificate and when I browse the domain, I
get this error:

Could not establish an encrypted connection because certificate
presented by <server> is invalid or corrupted. Error code: -8182

I can connect to the site without any problems using Konqueror or IE,
however.
Any ideas what the problem is?
