- Netscape/iPlanet and IHS (AKA Apache)
- Solaris 2.6, and 8
- Linux
- LDAP
- Relational databases (Oracle, DB2, UDB, Sybase)
- Troubleshooting ability with root cause analysis
- Networking skills (CCNA level is what I'm told)
- Performance Tuning
- Automation and scripting
- MQ Series
- Senior level
