Data Recovery

Clarification:

Sorry, I felt I was too detailed when I emailed azipa about this and ended up not being detailed enough this time. What I am looking for is a place for hardware level data recovery. I think there is a damaged head on the drive. (A 60 GB and the first 20 GB are TOTALLY unreadable by dd-rescue...not just bad sectors.).
