Form Mail

Anyone familiar with FormMail? I'm trying to set up a recipient and my recipients both match in the hidden form field and the @recipeints variable in the script, but an error message tells me they don't match. I'm not familiar with Perl so it may be a sintactical error. Here is what I have as the variable:

@recipients = &fill_recipients('don@tornadodesign.com');
