Yes and what I am saying is that the FCC has made or may soon make a
ruling that would no longer force Qwest to sell the DSL Line wholesale
to your ISP ...
Actually I am confused and have always been thoroughly confused by the
DSL business. I think my understanding of the situation is now this:
Anyone who provides both the DSL and ISP service to a person may face
changes (i.e. Qwest will no longer be required to sell the line wholesale).
Anyone paying their local telco (Qwest) for the line plus paying an ISP
for service will be OK.
