Subject: Cdrecord behavior
After checking our Archives then reading parts of the
man pages for mkisofs and cdrecord, I proceeded to
write a few CD-R's. The single session writes appeared
to work, but the multi-session appeared to work only
once (not sure if it was the 1st or the last) based on
what Nautilus displays.

The mkisofs stmts are like:

mkisofs -R -o cdi1.raw /home/dirtree

And the cdrecord are like:

cdrecord -v [-multi] speed=4 dev=0,0 cdi1.raw
[cdi2.raw...]

If I used -multi on all but the last session,
shouldn't each of the dirtrees show in the TOC? The
cdrecord running msgs looked normal. Any thoughts?
Single session writes are OK for large saves, but a
waste of media for incremental saves.

Gene
