linux pppoe and MSN dsl 1000

That I do not know, but you have more flexibility with an External CPE. Any
external DSL router that supports DMT should work. My company (we don't
have any support for Linux, though we don't care what OS you use with our
DSL service) has had more problems with customers utilizing Internal units.
We always order for our customers external CPEs.

So there is no way to make this work using the micro$haft supplied dsl 1000
modem?
