redhat network problems

Subject: redhat network problems
Sounds like IPCHAINS or IPTABLES is running and traffic is blocked on the
machine you are trying to hit. I also don't see telnet or SSH open and
running according to your nmap screen. What is it you are trying to
communicate across them?
