[OT] Cheap temporary office space/cubicle

Hello,

I have a friend who is looking for a cheap office space. All he is
looking for is a small cubicle and a broadband connection if possible.
He will be using it mostly in the weekends and probably once or twice on
weekday evenings. He lives in Scottsdale and works in Tempe. So anyplace
close to 101 should really work. If somebody has something like that let
me know.
