Offer to train your coworkers on Linux. Have weekly or bi-weekly classes.
Start with the GUI (substitute your "GUI" of choice), web browsing, email,
office suites, etc. Then for those that want to learn more, gradually
teach them more about system administration and configuring services, such
as Apache, Samba, Postfix (or whatever MTA you prefer), etc.
You'll increase your knowledge by preparing for the classes as well as
from the questions you'll receive along the way. You'll also break down
barriers to deploying Linux in your organization because people will be
more familiar with it.
