Hi George,
Those configuration files can be found in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts.
The config file for eth0 would be ifcfg-eth0. Once you've made the desired
changes, re-initialize the network configuration by doing the following as
root:
/etc/rc.d/init.d/network restart
