Subject: Qwest/Actiontec/Cisco/Server issues
Hi Keith,

It is possible that the Actiontec reverted back to its factory default
settings after the firmware upgrade. By default, its web server has the IP
address 192.168.0.1. The Actiontec's DHCP server is also active and serving
192.168.0.0/24 IP addresses, so set up your workstation to obtain its IP
address automatically and you should be able to browse to the following URL
and reconfigure:

http://192.168.0.1

Hope this helps.
