Mozilla: answering own question

It figures that as soon as I ask the question, after searching half an
hour, I go back to my browser and click on the one link I didn't see
before, and find

http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/

You would think that as you read down the "Get The Source" page and find
"Please use one of our mirrors" that they would put *that* link instead of
the incredibly outdated one....?
