M$ vs Wally World?

Just saw Wall Street Week with Fortune on KAET. They raised the
possibility of M$ and Walmart (which sells computers with Linux as the
only OS) suing each other. Two of the most hated behemoths in the country
locked in a death struggle (small exaggeration/wishful thinking). Life may
be good after all.
