rh 6 up2date

I run up2date on rh8 and fail:
up2date
There was an SSL error: [('SSL routines',
'SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE', 'certificate verify
failed')]


Plus my clock is hosed.

How do I fix these problems?
