This is not entirely accurate -- I've been running an e-mail server on
Cox since I got the connection, and have never had port 25 blocked
(though port 80 _is_ -- hence why my URL is what it is). I have reason
to believe that the ports that Cox block vary between regions of the
valley, since I have several friends that either have port 25 blocked,
or 80, or even both.
