Building on Knoppix

Instructions for "How-to remaster Knoppix to include GNUmed and other
Med software" are available from

These can be modified to include whatever software you'd like to include.

It's important that you follow these instructions because the Knoppix CD
uses transparent compression. It's actually about 2GB in size.
